Ingredients :
2 zucchini squash2 yellow squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions :
- Wash and dry the squash.
- Cut the root ends off and slice the squash lengthwise in 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- Lay the squash slices out on a plate and sprinkle them with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the slices on a very hot grill and cook on both sides until well done, about 10 minutes.
